Kristi W. Arth is an Assistant Professor of Law and the Director of Field Placements at Belmont University College of Law. Her teaching is featured on the "Teaching Social Justice" podcast. Her scholarship has been used in public comments before the Tennessee Historical Commission. And her service includes work on an ABA academic reading group to vet a nominee to the United States Supreme Court. Among other involvement, she runs a Legal Fiction Workshop for students that produced the 2021 winner of the ABA Journal/Ross Writing Contest. Prior to entering academia, she was a partner with Bradley. She is the mother of two boys and a certified life coach. She earned her JD/MA from Ohio State University and her BA from the University of Alabama.
