Emil is the founder of OVB Law & Consulting, S.C and an entrepreneur. He represents clients in civil litigation and employment law matters, and counsels closely-held businesses. He combines pragmatism, charisma, and astute relentlessness in delivering consistent results for his clients. In addition to his law practice, Emil is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Marquette University Law School, President-Elect of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Former-President of the Wisconsin YLD, and serves on other civic boards. When the world goes to sleep, you can catch him trying to lip-sync every Hamilton soundtrack (Thanks Lin-Manuel Miranda!), pretending to be a poet, lamenting about his on-and-off-again favorite soccer team, Arsenal FC.
