Based out of California, Deepak’s private practice focuses on complex removal defense litigation and family-based immigration. He has extensive experience working on removal and deportation cases and has litigated thousands of cases before the Immigration Courts all over the United States. In addition, Deepak is Senior Counsel & Head of the India Practice at Davies & Associates, LLC (D&A). At D&A, he represents individuals and corporations from all across the globe in business and employment immigration matters such as: E-2, EB-5 and L-1 visas.
