Resolution 502: Urging national governments, the U.S. Congress, and U.S. federal agencies to promote the development and use of methods that aim to replace, reduce, and refine the use of animal models in research and testing.
2023
Resolution 509: Urges Congress and the United States Department of Agriculture to incentivize the safeguarding of the environment, human health, food safety, animal welfare, and farmers by providing natural disaster preparedness training and guidance to farmers and other animal producers who seek federal government payments including, but not limited to, those through the Livestock Indemnity Program.
Resolution 508: Urges all Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime to adopt a wildlife crime protocol that would: (1) define the term “wildlife crime”; (2) identify the measures that Parties would be called upon to adopt in their domestic laws to prevent and combat wildlife crime; and (3) identify measures that would improve cooperative global enforcement efforts to prevent and combat wildlife crime.

Resolution 101C: Urges all nations to negotiate an international convention for the protection of animals that establishes standards for the proper care and treatment of all animals to protect public health, the environment, and animal wellbeing; and encourages the U.S. State Department to initiate and take a leadership role in such negotiations.
Resolution 101A: Urges federal, state, local, territorial and tribal governments and foreign governments to enact laws authorizing courts to allow specially trained dogs (called facility dogs) to assist victims/vulnerable witnesses in their participation at any stage of the criminal justice system, including during their testimony in any judicial proceedings, and, to ensure the health and well-being of the facility dogs.

Resolution 102A: Urges federal, state, territorial and tribal governments to enact and enforce legislation that prohibits and penalizes the possession, sale, and trade of shark fins; urges all nations to enact laws that prohibit and penalize the possession, sale, and trade of shark fins, if they have not already adopted such laws; and encourages all international, regional, national, and state bar associations, and international organizations, to promote policies and laws that prohibit and penalize the possession, sale, and trade of shark fins.
Resolution 104B: Urges the U.S. federal government and other national governments, as well as multinational and international organizations around the world, to amend existing laws or enact new enforceable laws, policies and procedures that protect and provide for the health and well-being of all Military Working Dogs, whether deployed in service, retained and trained by armed forces or deployed to armed forces through contracts with governments.
Resolution 103A: Urges all federal, state, local, territorial, and tribal legislative bodies to enact laws, and governmental agencies to adopt policies, that provide law enforcement officers with comprehensive animal encounter training on the reasonable use of force necessary to better secure the safety of such officers, protect public health, reduce legal liability, and ensure the humane treatment of the animals encountered.

Resolution 112: Urges Congress and the United States Department of Defense to direct the Armed Forces and its Public Private Venture housing contractors to enact uniform breed-neutral pet policies for families living in military housing in the United States.

Resolution 102B: Urges state, local, territorial, and tribal legislative bodies and governmental agencies to interpret existing laws and policies, and adopt laws and policies, to allow the implementation and administration of trap-neuter-vaccinate-return programs for community cats within their jurisdictions so as to promote their effective, efficient, and humane management.

Resolution 105: Urges all federal, state, local, and territorial legislative bodies and/or governmental agencies to enact comprehensive laws that prohibit, unless otherwise exempted, the possession, sale, breeding, import, or transfer of dangerous wild animals, such as big cats, bears, wolves, primates, and dangerous reptiles, in order to protect public safety and health, and to ensure the humane treatment and welfare of such animals.

Resolution 100: Urges all state, territorial, and local legislative bodies and governmental agencies to adopt comprehensive breed-neutral dangerous dog/reckless owner laws that ensure due process protections for owners, encourage responsible pet ownership and focus on the behavior of both dog owners and dogs, and to repeal any breed discriminatory or breed specific provisions.
Resolution 303: Urges all federal, state, territorial, and local legislative bodies to repeal or amend all laws or policies inconsistent with the regulations implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act and to implement policies to ensure that persons with disabilities utilizing service animals are provided access to services, programs and activities of public entities and public accommodations in compliance with the regulations implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Resolution 108B: Urges federal, state, territorial, and local legislative bodies and governmental agencies to enact laws and implement policies to ensure the humane treatment and disposition of seized animals in a timely manner.

Resolution 103A: Adopts the Model Act Governing Standards for the Care and Disposition of Disaster Animals, dated February 2010 and recommends its adoption by state and territorial legislative bodies.
