ABA Annual Meeting

In early August 2024, TIPS officers, Council, and delegates met in Chicago for the ABA Annual Meeting, with some Council members joining via phone. The ceremonial passing of the gavel signaled the transfer of the leadership of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section from outgoing Chair Loren D. Podwill to Christopher Nolan. The event took place at the TIPS annual business meeting, held at the ABA Annual Meeting in Chicago on Saturday, August 3, when officers and Council for the 2024–2025 bar year were officially elected.
