The Hyatt Regency Chicago is the Official ABA Headquarter Hotel where the ABA Registration, ABA EXPO, ABA Welcome Reception, ABA Luncheon, Opening Session & Presentation of ABA Medal, President’s Reception and House of Delegates Meetings will take place.
Head over to the Hyatt Regency Chicago to pick up your badge, materials, and any tickets you may have ordered for special ABA or TIPS events. Tickets for ABA events, to the extent that they remain available, can be purchased at the ABA Ticket Desk located at the Hyatt Regency, Chicago Grand Ballroom Registration Desk, Gold Level, east Tower. The housing deadline is Tuesday, July 7, 2015. ALL attendees must register for the 2015 ABA Annual Meeting to attend ABA or Section CLE programs, social events and receive housing.
The ABA encourages you to register and book your housing early. Lollapalooza, Chicago’s largest music festival, falls during this year’s meeting. Hotel rates will be high for festival goers, but ABA offers discounted negotiated rates, if booked by July 7th. Registration and housing information is available via the ABA Annual Meeting web site at americanbar.org/calendar/annual.html.

TIPS CLE REGISTRATION AT THE 2015 ANNUAL MEETING ▼
For the first time, CLE programming is FREE to ALL TIPS members. However, you must register for the 2015 ABA Annual Meeting! Visit the Annual Meeting website at www.americanbar.org/calendar/annual.html to register as well as purchase tickets.
The ABA directly applies for and ordinarily receives CLE credit for ABA programs in AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DE, GA, GU, HI, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NH, NM, NV, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, PR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, VI, WA, WI, and WV. These states sometimes do not approve a program for credit before the program occurs. These courses are expected to qualify for 15.0 CLE credit hours (including 2.5 ethics hours) in 60-minute states, and 18 credit hours (including 3.0 ethics hours) in 50-minute states. This transitional program is approved for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys in NY. Attorneys may be eligible to receive CLE credit through reciprocity or attorney self-submission in other states.
