How do you turn the tables on a difficult witness for an effective cross examination? How do you prepare your client for deposition? To pick the best jury, what should you not do in voir dire? What are some best practices for the all-important jury charge conference? The mission of the Litigation and Trial Practice Committee (TIPS largest committee) is to act as resource for all lawyers who advocate the rights of their clients in courts and before tribunals.

The Litigation and Trial Practice Committee leadership is composed of a diverse group of trial attorneys (both plaintiff and defense) and law students. Meeting attendance is an amazing way to meet new people, market yourself and your firm, obtain referrals, and satisfy CLE credits. We can also help you get published – write a short article for the committee newsletter or send us an article you have already had published. We are always looking for great insights to share with our fellow litigators.
