    Employment and Labor Law

    The Employment and Labor Law Committee provides employment practitioners opportunities to build a referral network with plaintiff, defendant, corporate and insurance-side attorneys throughout the United States.  ELLC acts as a leadership gateway to the ABA and TIPS and empowers its members to rise quickly in committee leadership through publication, presentation and other professional development opportunities.

    Welcome to the Employment and Labor Law Committee for the TIPS Section of the American Bar Association! I, along with the rest of our hard-working committee, hope to provide you with informative and meaningful educational, networking (virtually or in-person) and publishing opportunities. Our membership includes a diverse group of labor and employment attorneys throughout the country, from solo practitioners to attorneys working in large, multi-national firms, and from both plaintiff and defense perspectives.
