Aviation and Space Law

The Aviation and Space Law Committee serves the interests of those involved in or concerned about the aviation and aerospace industries, with a particular focus on litigation.  Its members come from private and corporate practice, aviation and aerospace insurance companies, and the government.  Each fall, usually late October, we hold a 2-day conference in Washington, D.C. featuring the nation’s top practitioners, in-house counsel, and regulators who discuss trends, regulatory actions, litigation developments, litigation skills, and more.
