    Message from the FSLC Chair

    Dear Members, Sponsors, and Exhibitors:

    You and your companies are a critical partner in the success of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee (FSLC) of TIPS/ABA. Your involvement and support has helped the FSLC deliver excellent surety and fidelity law programs to our industry. On behalf of the entire Committee membership and leadership, I thank you for your continued participation and support.

    With respect to your participation and support, the FSLC leadership has determined that we need to provide more clarity and opportunity to our sponsors and exhibitors. In that regard, below is an array of sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities that are now available to you in connection with the three national meetings that the FSLC puts on every year as well as the biennial FSLC Member Directory. Most of the sponsorships and exhibits have unlimited participation but a few are exclusive (sole sponsorship) and are available on a first come, first served basis.

    We are excited to present a broad array of sponsorship opportunities that leverage the extensive network of companies and individuals that provide services that support the fidelity and surety industry. Many of the sponsorship and directory opportunities may be particularly suited for those who provide services to in-house claims professionals and outside counsel, such as construction and surety consulting, forensic accounting, depositions and other legal services, and litigation support. Importantly, however, these sponsorship opportunities are also available to outside counsel whose support is equally critical to advancing the mission of the FSLC. Indeed, all of the sponsorship opportunities included in the below array are available to anyone except, in keeping with tradition, we have provided an exclusive sponsorship opportunity for outside counsel in connection with the welcome receptions at each of the meetings.
