The Leadership Academy occurs every other year, with the next Class beginning in the Fall 2025 and running for the 2025-2026 bar year. The Academy meets during four Section Meetings, each focusing on specific program topics.

The TIPS Leadership Academy serves the public by providing participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop a vision to lead the legal profession and to improve leadership service in the community as a whole. It strives to increase diversity of leadership within local communities and build relationships across the country.
