The Employment and Labor Law Committee provides employment practitioners opportunities to build a referral network with plaintiff, defendant, corporate and insurance-side attorneys throughout the United States. ELLC acts as a leadership gateway to the ABA and TIPS and empowers its members to rise quickly in committee leadership through publication, presentation and other professional development opportunities.
The committee provides its members opportunities for publication, presentation, leadership, and career development on a national level, recognized by all types of legal practitioners. The Committee values diversity in the legal profession and is committed to eliminating bias in the profession and to promoting full and equal participation in our committee, our profession and the justice system by all persons.
