Please review the following info sheets to ensure that your planned webinar meets the requirements to offer CLE credit.

Diversity Requirements

Please review the following info sheet and ensure that your program meets the ABA’s Diversity & Inclusion policy. The Tax Section also encourages you to invite speakers from different professional backgrounds – avoid situations where you have multiple speakers from the same firm or organization.

Material Requirements

Your webinar should include a substantial slide deck – both for use during the presentation, and for attendees to retain a copy as a resource. Please use the slide template below when developing your presentation. Examples of high-quality slide presentations are included below.

If you are unfamiliar with Tax Section webinars, you may review the video linked below, which is an example of a recent Tax Section CLE webinar. Please note the opening and closing housekeeping remarks, which will be delivered by the webinar’s moderator (ABA staff will provide a script).
