Book Proposal Submission

The Section of Taxation invites proposals for practical, authoritative books in the area of tax law. Potential book topics and book proposals are considered on the basis of the Section’s multi-year publishing plan.

Proposals are accepted throughout the year, with rolling deadlines of July 31, October 31, and February 28.

The Tax Lawyer

The Section’s flagship quarterly journal features scholarly and practical articles by practitioners and academics on tax law and policy, committee reports of broad interest to the membership, and student notes and comments. The nation’s premier tax law journal publishes on federal, state, and local tax law in every issue.

ABA Tax Times

ABA Tax Times is published at least four times a year in a digital-only format. ATT features articles covering a wide range of tax topics and areas of tax practice, interviews with diverse tax practitioners, committee reports, and other news and information of professional interest to Tax Section members and other readers.
