The Tax Lawyer endeavors to provide scholarly articles and student notes and comments on topics pertaining to taxation and other information that it believes to be of professional interest to members of the Section of Taxation of the American Bar Association and other readers. The Tax Lawyer welcomes the submission of articles written by admitted members of the bar and by other professionals. Manuscripts by candidates for graduate degrees in law (e.g., LL.M. or M.L.T.) will be considered only if the author is admitted to the bar at the time of submission.

ABA Tax Times (ATT) (formerly the NewsQuarterly) is published at least four times a year featuring articles covering a wide range of tax topics and areas of tax practice, interviews with diverse tax practitioners, Committee reports, Tax Section comment submissions to the government, and other news and information of professional interest to Tax Section members and other readers.
