The Tax Section is now accepting applications for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Scholarships, designed to encourage members of diverse backgrounds or with a recognized commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion to attend and participate in the 2023 May Tax Meeting from May 4 through 6 in Washington, D.C.
Applications are due by 11:59 pm ET on Sunday, April 2.
The Section embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of its activities, including its meetings. The scholarships for the Virtual Fall Meeting waives the registration fee. Scholarship recipients will be required to fulfill several duties during and after the meeting, including attendance at certain panels and events, and subsequent reports.
Full eligibility requirements, the online application, and recipient duties can be found on the Section’s website.
