ABA programs ordinarily qualify for CLE credit for on-demand programs in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virgin Islands, Washington, Wisconsin, and West Virginia. The ABA does not seek direct accreditation of on-demand CLE in Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio, Rhode Island, Virginia and Wyoming. Some states allow attorneys to earn credit through reciprocity or self-submission. Attorneys may not self-apply for on-demand programs in Kansas or Virginia.
