$425 Young Lawyers (under 36 years old or admitted to practice for five years or less)
$185 Government / Academic / Non-Profit
$1,000 All non-ABA Attendees
$25 Full-Time LITC Employee
FREE Full-time J.D., LL.M., or M.T. Candidates (No CLE Credit)
     Law Student registrants, who are current nonmembers, will also receive complimentary membership to the ABA and the Section of Taxation
FREE** First-Time Section Attendee
    **Requirement: Taxation Member and first Tax Section meeting attended.

Registration Policy

Any individual attending any part of the 2020 May Tax Meeting, regardless if he or she speaks, must register and pay the registration fee.
Shared registrations are not permitted. Companions are defined as non-Section members not attending substantive meetings. Any companion attending substantive programs must register and pay either the Section member or non-Section member registration fee, whichever is applicable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations and requests for refunds of registration fees or ticketed event fees must be received in writing and postmarked, faxed or emailed by April 24, 2020 to receive a refund. All refund requests will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after the April 24, 2020 deadline. To request a refund or substitution, please e-mail the Tax Section (taxlserve@americanbar.org).

Scholarship Information
Scholarships to defray tuition expense for this program are available upon application on a case-by-case basis. To request a scholarship application, please e-mail the Tax Section (taxlserve@americanbar.org).

CLE Information

The ABA will seek approximately 20.25 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 24.30 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states including 3.75 hours of CLE specialty credit in 60-minute states and 4.50 hours of CLE specialty credit in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. Please visit www.americanbar.org/mcle for general information on CLE at the ABA.

CPE Information
The American Bar Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
