Policies & Information

Registration Fees

March 16-17 -- State Income Tax Seminar (Monday, 7:00am to Tuesday, 1:30pm)
March 17-18 -- Sales/Use Tax Seminar (Tuesday, 11:45am to Wednesday, 6:15pm) 
March 19-20 -- Property Tax Seminar (Thursday, 7:00am to Friday, 12:00pm)

Early Bird Registration (by January 30, 2020)
$550 One Seminar
$925 Two Seminars
$1,300 Three Seminars

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations and requests for refunds of registration fees or ticketed event fees must be received in writing and postmarked, faxed or emailed by March 12, 2020 to receive a refund. All refund requests will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after the March 12, 2020 deadline. To request a refund or substitution, please e-mail the Tax Section (taxmeeting@americanbar.org).

Scholarship Information

A limited number of scholarships to defray tuition expenses are available for this program. To request a scholarship application, please contact the Section (taxlserve@americanbar.org). Scholarship applications must be received no later than 30 days prior to the program. For programs with tuition costs over $500, qualifying attorneys will receive at least a 50% reduction in the registration fee.

CLE Information

The ABA will seek 32.5 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 38.5 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states including 2 hours of CLE ethics credit in 60-minute states and 2.4 hours of CLE ethics credit in 50-minute states as needed. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. Please visit www.americanbar.org/mcle for general information on CLE at the ABA.
