Committee Mission & Volunteer Descriptions

The mission of the Outreach & Inclusion Committee (OIC) is to support the long-term growth in the Section by fostering connection, collaboration, and engagement. The OIC will focus its recruitment and retention efforts on four key groups: international practitioners, new practitioners (with 10 or fewer years of experience), law students (J.D. and LL.M.), and other legal professionals (e.g. EAs, CPAs, paralegals, etc.). Through networking events, CLE, and career development initiatives, the OIC aims to build a dynamic and inclusive community within the Section.
