About Us
The Energy & Environmental Taxes Committee focuses on income and excise tax issues that directly or indirectly impact renewables, utilities and natural resources or that have special significance in connection with climate policy or the implementation of climate policy. The Committee acts as a forum for the discussion of these issues and develops proposals to improve the functional relationship between climate policy and tax laws that affect the energy industry.
