About Us
The In-House Counsel Committee provides a forum for in-house counsel and tax directors to discuss the tax issues facing in-house counsel and tax directors today. The committee also seeks to generate discussion with tax lawyers in private practices and with representatives of the Internal Revenue Service and state tax departments.
