Applications are no longer being accepted to attend the 2025 May Tax Meeting in Washington, DC. Please stay tuned for details on scholarships to attend the online Virtual 2025 Fall Tax Meeting. Ten (10) scholarships will be awarded for the Fall meeting.
The Tax Section’s Meeting Scholarships are designed to provide Section members the opportunity to attend and participate in our May, Fall, or Midyear Tax Meetings.
Recipients of the scholarship receive:
Complimentary meeting registration
Airfare to and from the meeting*
Two nights hotel stay at the official meeting hotel*
Complimentary ticket to the Plenary Luncheon*
Complimentary Friday boxed lunch*
Pre-conference meeting mentor match
*Midyear & May Meetings only
The Section will provide a unique code to zero out the registration fees, will arrange the hotel reservation, and will provide access to the ABA’s online airfare booking, allowing scholarship recipients to participate without having to incur any personal charges.

LL.M. students
Enrolled Agents
CPAs
Lawyers
Government employees
Academics
Please note, that unfortunately due to the limited number of available scholarships, we do not accept applications from J.D. students.
