Federal Court Allows Confederate Monument Removal in Shreveport, Louisiana

Caddo Parish Attorney and former Section Chair Donna Frazier was granted summary judgement, affirmed on appeal, on a suit by the United Daughters of the Confederacy (UDC) challenging removal of a monument in Courthouse Square in Shreveport.
