Our committee explores gaps in state and local government regulatory structures, anticipates issues that are likely to arise in those gaps, and builds a robust, flexible framework for new rules to meet those issues. We also pioneer and develop sound policy as a foundation for these new frameworks of rules. To that end, we focus on bringing together procurement professionals, procurement academics, legal academics, and students, to collaborate in an open forum and lead in developing new procurement policy initiatives.
