Elisha D. Roy is a Board Certified Marital & Family Law attorney and a Fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) as well as certified by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Ms. Roy is a partner at the prestigious West Palm Beach law firm Sasser, Cestero & Roy, P.A., specializing in complex financial and child-related case work. She is well known for her active involvement in legislation, participating in the authorship of statutes pertaining to alimony, relocation, and timesharing, including intimate involvement with the recent changes to Florida law. She is known to be a rule follower and creative problem solver with a no-nonsense approach to the practice of law. Ms. Roy provides her clients with easy-to-understand guidance throughout the legal process and works steadfastly to arrive at outside-the-box resolutions when possible, but is a reputed fierce litigator, when necessary. In her spare time, Ms. Roy loves spending time with her children and her husband; she is an avid Crossfitter and loves hiking and outdoor activities.
