About 2,000 years ago, a Roman named Publius Vergilius Maro changed his career from law to writing. Commonly referred to as Virgil, his writings had a lasting influence on Western culture. He is best known for an epic poem called the “Aenid” about ancient Rome. He is also known for the proverb that “health is wealth,” which came from the poor health that he suffered throughout his life. Poor health is avoidable with daily exercise and nutritious food.
