“Great Minds Think Differently: Neurodiversity for Lawyers and Other Professionals” is an excellent book written by Haley Moss, an autistic lawyer who practices in Coral Cables, Florida. Moss is an experienced writer who has authored autism guidebooks for children, students, and young adults. In her ABA book, Moss explains how law firms can gain a competitive advantage by working with neurodivergent minds.

The book is organized into seven chapters that explain neurodiversity and the benefits of accommodating it in law schools and law firms. There are also chapters on how to serve neurodiverse clients and prepare for the future of neurodiversity in courtrooms and offices.
