Join us for a discussion about international arbitration lead by Sujey Herrera, Counsel at Reed Smith, who focuses her practice in the areas of international litigation and arbitration. Her professional experience ranges from representing clients in issues relating to distributorship disputes, construction disputes, commercial arbitration disputes, investor claims under NAFTA, and other business disputes. She is experienced with arbitration proceedings, as well as litigation in Florida state and federal courts. As part of this experience she has also served as counsel in both the English and Spanish language under disputes governed by the laws of different countries. This experience has allowed her to become familiar with cross-cultural legal differences and better assist clients in finding the best resolutions for their matters. She has also served as the Co-Chair of the ABA’s International Arbitration Committee.
