Karen Orlin will speak briefly about the status in the U.S. Congress of H.R. 4445, entitled Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021, which would amend Title 9 of the U.S. Code, and the provisions of that bill most important to arbitrators and arbitration parties, and lead a discussion about the effect of that bill on arbitration if enacted.
