Join us for a presentation on Elder Care Planning Mediation presented by Co-Vice Chair of this Committee, Linda F. Spiegel. Her presentation is based on this article published in SLD's Voice of Experience: Elder Care Planning Mediation and will reference this ABA Elder Abuse Screening Tool.
Ms. Spiegel has more than 45 years of litigation and 35 years of ADR experience. She was President of Women Lawyers in Bergen, and is currently on the Board of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and the Executive Committee of the Garibaldi American Inn of Court for ADR. She has mediated and arbitrated over 1,000 cases in many areas of the law, including construction, consumer, contract, health and hospital, insurance coverage, and family law. Ms. Spiegel is an arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, a NJ Court Approved R. 1:40 mediator and arbitrator, and an Elder Care Planning and divorce mediator.
