A real property and an insurance lawyer provide a case study on how an 86-unit condominium association prepared for and dealt with the repercussions of being hit twice by hurricanes Ian and Nicole in 2022 and what they need to do this year to recover their damages and to avoid a third hit under their association’s master insurance policy and their individual unit owners HO6 insurance policies.
