What I Did on My Summer Vacation

When first approached to write about our wellness efforts during these COVID days, it was suggested that my spouse and I were “likely not into the quarantine cooking.” Au contraire! Not only have we been cooking, people have asked us to share recipes. That may not seem unusual except for the fact that NO ONE ever asks us for recipes because we don’t cook - well, didn’t cook. The neighbors usually knew when we were cooking because the smoke alarm would go off.
