Elder Abuse Prevention

Recognizing and Preventing Scams Webinar

Recognizing and Preventing Scams

Millions of Americans are falling victim to scams. In this webinar our experts look at recognizing, preventing and responding to common scams.

"Recognizing and Preventing Scams" is part of the ABA's series of webinars on preventing elder abuse. In these webinars, we explore the ways financial abuse manifests, and how attorneys can educate, prevent and intervene in order to best serve their clients.

This free webinar focuses on the unique vulnerabilities of assets held in IRAs, and the heightened risk faced by seniors who have Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Note this is a non-CLE program.
