Join us for an informative program sponsored by the Real Estate Law Committee of the Senior Lawyers Division on "The Current State of the Commercial Real Estate Market" presented by three experts in the field: Brian Schwagerl, Esq., Dan Homick, Esq. and Alan Di Sciullo, Esq.
Speakers
Brian Schwagerl, Esq. is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Real Estate Development at the NYUSPS Schack Institute of Real Estate where he serves as the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Division. Brian is an attorney with over two decades of experience working on land use, leasing, acquisition and disposition of property issues.
Dan Homick, Esq. is corporate counsel for Axiom Law, a temporary placement agency for in-house counsel engagements. His most recent Axiom engagements have been with Cantor Fitzgerald, TIAA Bank and CBRE-US. Dan is also a retired executive with GE Capital, a Fortune 5 financial services company the time.
Alan Di Sciullo, Esq. is the retired Director of Global Real Estate for Shearman & Sterling LLP. Mr. Di Sciullo served the largest portion of his career with Morgan Stanley as First Vice President and Senior Counsel responsible for real estate transactions, including the largest leases at the original World Trade Center and claims and relocations following the 1993 and 9/11 attacks on the Towers. Mr. Di Sciullo was a member of President Reagan’s Private Sector Survey on Cost Control (the Grace Committee) and was elected a fellow of the American College of Real Estates Lawyers (ACREL) in 2003.
