The American Bar Association Science & Technology Law Section (also referred to as SciTech) includes over 6,000 academics, corporate and government attorneys, judges, private practitioners, law students, businesspeople, scientists, and technologists. The mission of SciTech is to provide leadership on emerging issues at the intersection of law, science, and technology. The Section provides a variety of educational and networking opportunities at the national and local levels and promotes high standards of professional competence and ethical conduct.
The Section publishes 3 quarterly periodicals and presents more than 35 in-person programs and Section webinars every year, which highlight current and hot topics in the areas of science & technology law.
