The taxpayer funds the new trust with $13.61 million and wishes to allocate $13.61 million of GST exemption to the trust. The full $13.61 million GST exemption is not available, however, due to the 2023 gifts. The new 2024 trust now has a mixed inclusion ratio and is not fully exempt from the GSTT.
