The subject of our upcoming book club, "Owning Our Values" seeks to examine in detail what is meant by this phrase through the lens of Property Law. By inspecting the history of some of the most commonly used doctrines, including easements, covenants, real estate financing, zoning & land use, a picture of our nation's story as it pertains to racial dynamics emerges.
