Any day now, the Supreme Court is expected to publish its opinion in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo. In its opinion, the Court will reconsider the rule of Chevron deference, a cornerstone of administrative law that has guided the scope of regulatory authority for all federal agencies since 1984.
