Professors' Corner - A Lawyer’s Guide to the National Zoning Atlas

Sara C Bronin, Jonah Pellecchia, and Elizabeth Elia

The National Zoning Atlas is a new and groundbreaking online tool that provides an array of historical and current data on types and effects of zoning codes around the country. The Atlas promises great utility for both planners, as they rethink existing zoning regimes, and practitioners, as they challenge them. The panelists will demonstrate the mechanics of the Atlas and describe how it can be used in litigation and analysis of zoning regulations.
