Estate Planning Basics Videos

The first available tool is a series of Estate Planning Basics videos and their corresponding course materials. This "how-to" program provides an overview of drafting, executing, and implementing a basic estate plan.

  • Video 2 – Basic Will and Trust Drafting
  • Video 3 – Fiduciary Issues and Ethics

Whether you are new to practicing estate planning or simply want a refresher course, this program contains practical information you need to know.

Real Property Basics Videos

The second part of our tool box series of Real Property Basics videos are now available. These videos will provide information that practicing lawyers can put to use immediately when representing small business clients, non-profits, and individuals in the most common real estate transactions.

  • Video 1 — Residential Landlord/Tenant Disputes
  • Video 2 — Reviewing and Negotiating a Commercial Real Estate Purchase Agreement
  • Video 3 — Reviewing and Negotiating a Commercial Lease Agreement

The three-video series will be directed primarily at law students, newly practicing lawyers, and lawyers who want to expand their practices into real estate. The first video covers common disputes between residential landlords and tenants. The next two videos cover how to review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and commercial lease agreements from the buyer’s and the tenant’s perspective respectively.
