How do local and state land use laws impact housing affordability and equity?  Brian J. Connolly of Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC will expand upon the discussion started in the RPTE 33rd CLE Conference presentation, "Home is Where the Work Is: Regulating and Incentivizing Work Force Housing." Mr. Connolly's presentation will primarily focus on state-wide zoning reforms that have been completed or proposed in several states, including Oregon, California, Utah, North Carolina, Connecticut, and Colorado.
