Webinar Group Discounts

Save money when registering a group of attendees from  the same firm! One primary registrant will pay the full fee, each additional attendee is $75. Each attendee must individually take the post-webinar survey and submit for CLE credit. Download the registration form.

Webinar cancellations

Cancellations and requests for refunds for webinars will be honored on the following basis:

  • Two (2) business days or more: 100% refund
  • One (1) business day or less: 100% refund minus the $25 administrative fee
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellationsafterthat date; however, substitute registrants are welcome at any time before the program

In-person meeting cancellations

  • Cancellations received two (2) weeks or more before the meeting will receive a 100% refund, less a $75 cancellation fee
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellationsafterthat date; however, substitute registrants are welcome before the program starts



To apply for a financial scholarship for a webinar, please complete this application. You will be contacted regarding your scholarship prior to the program date.

In-Person Meetings

Please contact section staff ( or 312-988-5346) for a scholarship application form for an in-person event. Scholarship applications must be received at least three (3) weeks before the program start date. You will be notified prior to the program if your application is approved. Scholarships only cover the registration fee associated with the meeting, and will not cover hotel or travel.

Program Confirmation

In-Person Events

An email confirmation of your registration will be sent to you upon receipt. Please bring it with you to the In-Person Event as proof of registration. If you do not receive the confirmation notice prior to the presentation,please contact the ABA Service Center at 800-285-2221 at least 24 hours in advance to confirm that your registration was received and the program is being held as scheduled.


Once you have completed and paid for registration, you will receive an email with the webinar information. The webinar links and log-in information will be emailed out to all registrants again the day before each webinar. If you do not receive this information, please contact before the start of the program.

Media Credentials Policy

ABA media credentials are available to reporters, editors working as reporters, producers, video camera operators and still photographers who present valid press identification. Exceptions must be approved by the Director of the ABA Division for Media Relations and Communication Services.
