The London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) will be phased out at the end of 2021. LIBOR is the benchmark for $350 trillion in bonds, loans, derivatives, and securitizations worldwide. It will be replaced by a variety of alternative reference rates.  But, is the world ready for the transition?  The panelists will discuss the role LIBOR played in financial transactions, the reasons for moving away from it and what the alternative references portend for market participants.
