In these remote times, the ethics and professionalism obligations of lawyers are challenged. The panelists with speak about the various scenarios where the usual standards and practices are tested, such as in client interaction, remote court hearings, use of electronic meeting platforms for discovery and other meetings and general professionalism concerns.  They will offer advice on adhering to ethical standards and professionalism aspirations in less than ideal circumstances.
