The ABA Commission on Immigration is proud to share the following video: Tu Futuro, Tu Voz (Your Future, Your Voice), featuring four young adults from Central America who crossed into the United States as unaccompanied minors. This video was created as a resource for youth who are currently undergoing immigration proceedings, and the lawyers who represent them. In this video, the four protagonists describe what it was like to be detained and confront the immigration legal system, and what it took for them to trust the lawyers who offered assistance, despite their fear and uncertainty. La Comisión de Inmigración del Colegio Americano de Abogados (ABA por sus siglas en inglés) comparte con orgullo el siguiente video Tu Futuro, Tu Voz (Your Future, Your Voice) presentando a cuatro adultos jóvenes de Centroamérica quienes entraron a los Estados Unidos como menores no acompañados. Este video fue creado como un recurso para los jóvenes que actualmente se encuentran en procedimientos de inmigración, y los abogados quienes los representan. En este video, los cuatro protagonistas describen cómo fue ser detenidos y enfrentar el sistema legal de inmigración, y cómo fue que llegaron a tenerles confianza a los abogados ofreciéndoles ayuda, a pesar de su miedo y incertidumbre.
