The 2024 election cycle was historic in many ways. This program, organized by the Standing Committee on Election Law and the Section of State and Local Government Law and co-sponsored by the Young Lawyers Division and the Task Force for American Democracy Advisory Commission, put together a panel of leaders in administering elections to comment on their experiences, and the nation's experiences, with Election 2024. They discussed what went right, what went wrong, and what changes should be made to improve America's elections. This program was originally recorded at the Arizona State University Sandra O'Connor School of Law on January 31st, 2025, as part of the ABA's 2025 Midyear Meeting.
