Ortiz-Graulau v. U.S., 756 F.3d 12 (P.R. Cir. 2014). Where nude photographs of a 14-year-old minor were taken and possessed by a 38-year old adult, lower court properly held that there was no constitutionally protected conduct for the adult, regardless of the fact that their relationship was consensual. Puerto Rico law states that a consensual relationship with a minor may only occur if the relationship was within a 14 year-age difference
