Kesha Moore, PhD, is the founder and Lead Equity Strategist of ERASE Consulting Group, LLC. Specializing in program evaluation, impact assessment, and performance measurement, she uses her expertise in designing evaluation frameworks and conducting qualitative and quantitative research to provide evidence-based recommendations for program improvement.
Dr. Moore holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSW in Community Organizing from the University of Michigan. She is passionate about promoting accountability and learning within organizations to drive positive change. Her participatory approach to evaluation ensures the voices of stakeholders and beneficiaries are central to the evaluation process.
