Task Force on Law, Society and the Judiciary

The Task Force on Law, Society and the Judiciary was established by the American Bar Association in 2022. Comprised of distinguished lawyers from different backgrounds and perspectives, the Task Force is charged “to identify and recommend steps to restore public confidence in the judicial branch and to educate the public about the judicial function. The Task Force’s mission is predicated on the principle that an independent judiciary is vital to protect individual rights and ensure robust democratic processes.”
